Less is (a lot) more. Minimal forms – just a square and a circle – open up a plethora of options to integrate this highly refined lighting system into contemporary settings.  Designed by Swiss lighting manufacturer Regent, Tool is intended to grant wide variability and creative control to architects and designers. Pendant-, wall-, or ceiling-mounted, it is a peak performer in corridors and over counters in particular, and excellent for accentuating surrounding architecture almost anywhere. Reflectors can be added to achieve a range of light distribution and effects.In its simplest form, ADA compliant Tool is a high quality extruded aluminum channel 50” in length with exposed T8 fluorescent lamp attached. The look is clean and refined, with precise fit and finish, all hardware discreetly concealed. The channel end is proportionally matched to the adjacent anodized aluminum lamp socket cover – a pleasing design detail. Lighting options expand when equipping pendant-mounted Tool with a baffle for high quality task lighting, or an asymmetric reflector for ultra-smooth wall wash. Wall-mounted Tool washes ceilings with an even illumination wherever desired. Tool offers a completely unique capability to highlight architectural features and areas of interest while blending discreetly into the space. |
